Delete your TopGen account
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your TopGen account and the information tied to it. TopGen is made by AiWindsAdmiral.
Here, with your name and password
An account that signs in only with Google Play has no password: delete it in the game, or write to us, as below.
In the game — the fastest way
- Open TopGen and sign in.
- Open Account — the person icon at the top of the home screen.
- Choose Delete account, type your commander name and confirm.
The account is deleted at once, and the device signs out.
Without the game
Write to the contact address on TopGen's store page with the subject "Delete my TopGen account". Give your commander name and, if you know it, your player ID (the number after # on the game's Account page). We will confirm that the account is yours, delete it as soon as we can and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- your account: commander name, password hash, sign-in token, Google Play Games link, device identifier, rating and record;
- your synced decks and settings;
- your reviews, and the supports you gave to others;
- your online matches and their recordings on our server;
- your sign-in history (IP addresses, country and city, platform and game version).
What is kept
- Your opponents keep the rating changes from the matches they played against you (numbers only).
- Replays already saved on other players' devices stay on those devices, with your commander name in them.
- Server logs, which may contain your IP address and commander name, and backups of the server's database keep what they already hold until they are deleted after a limited time.
- Decks and settings stored on your own devices stay there until you remove them or uninstall the game.
